Lyric of the Day

This past week I have been going through a bit of a phase. I have been listening to all the albums that shaped me as a teenager, and I guess, who I am today. Bands like Minor Threat, Pennywise, Tiger Army, Leek and the Bouncing Uptones. I dusted off the albums and have been loving them. Maybe I love what they represent to me. I don't think I'll ever grow out of "this" music. I do love it. It makes me smile, it makes me sing, it makes me happy, and it makes me think about things other than the menial things going on in my day. The lyrics are positive and life affirming.
So today it has been Pennywise.
This band sings anthems. It's the only way to put it.
They sing from their hearts, loud and fast.
